By using Vatdi, you agree to these terms that govern access, acceptable use, billing, and liability.
Accounts & access
- Maintain accurate account information and safeguard credentials.
- Ensure collaborators follow these terms; we may suspend access for violations.
Acceptable use
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with platform performance.
- No uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Respect usage limits defined by your active subscription and connected channels.
Billing & renewals
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled from the dashboard.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Liability
- Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous twelve months.
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Service & support
- We provide reasonable uptime and support; planned maintenance is communicated in advance when possible.
- We may update features, interfaces, or APIs to improve performance and security.
Termination
- You may terminate at any time via the dashboard; access ends at the current billing period.
- We may suspend or terminate for violations, non-payment, or risk to the platform.
Changes
- We may update these terms; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
- Material updates will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
